CPBJ In the Lead 2025: Legacy Businesses
The challenges facing those who own businesses are many and varied.
Even for such companies that have been around for a long time, there are new obstacles such as modernizing, rising salaries, shrinking workforce, supply issues, and increased competition from other businesses, both local and national.
And yet, so many make it work and not only survive, but thrive. Credit their energy, talent, intelligence and perseverance – the qualities shared by most successful business leaders.
With this issue, CPBJ recognizes and celebrates those who demonstrate those qualities and put them to use in maintaining prosperous companies.
