When Kristen Pucci was laid off from her job due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she decided to start her own
company — KRAE Consulting. Two years later, the business is changing the way marketing and social media are
valued in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate space.
“I believe my resilience and ability to adapt has helped me face every challenge that has come my way in
business ownership,” she said. “I am passionate about not only my own company but others success as well.
That drives me to be a better CEO, manager and friend.”
Pucci earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. Her previous professional
experience includes being a senior business developer for 360 Tour Designs, a recruiter and account manager at
Aerotek and a business development manager for Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates Inc.
She also gives her time to area organizations including serving as vice president of the National Association of
Women in Construction (South Central PA Chapter) and as the events committee Chairperson for Ronald
McDonald House Charities. “When it comes to service, it is so rewarding to be able to serve the groups that
have helped build my community in central Pennsylvania,” she said.
