Holly P. White
One of Holly White’s trademarks in the workplace is the ability to build strategies, programs, and tactics from the
ground up. Some examples include creating an internal communications system for a 300-person company and
increasing social media presence for a company from 41 followers to more than 4,000 organically over the
course of two years
Joining Domani Wealth in 2019, she initially served as their marketing and communications specialist for two
years and moved into her current role as marketing and communications manager in January 2021. Her
previous positions include public relations director of the Grit Marketing Group, marketing and communications
manager and strategist/technical writer for RETTEW, staff writer/multimedia reporter for Central Penn Business
Journal and marketing and communications specialist for Hospice and Community Care.
A graduate of the Leadership Lancaster program, White is working toward a Master of Business Administration
in strategic leadership at Elizabethtown College. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and writing from
Houghton College.
She notes supporting her community in direct and tangible ways is a part of her purpose in life. Throughout
her career, she has given her time to multiple organizations including: Church World Service, Lancaster Public
Library, COBYS, Crisps Attucks Community Center and the York Fresh Food Farms Community Garden Project.
