Jason Schultz
As a servant leader with a passion for enhancing the lives of guests and co-workers, Jason Schultz aims to
build
authentic relationships with his High Hotels Ltd. team, clients and community partners.
For more than a decade, he has worked in the hospitality industry, including serving as assistant manager and
later general manager of the Chicago Getaway Hostel. In 2014, he joined High Hotels Ltd. as the guest services
manager at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Harrisburg West and later as general manager of the Hampton Inn by
Hilton Harrisburg West. He was named to his current positions as area director of sales and marketing for High
Hotels Ltd. west region in 2018.
Schultz earned a Master of Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and a bachelor’s degree in
hospitality administration from Northern Illinois University.
He is on the tourism committee for the Cumberland Valley Economic Development Committee and High Hotels
Ltd.’s compensation committee as well as the good measure award committee. Over the years, he has given his
time to several organizations including New Hope Ministries, Bethesda Mission and the Boys and Girls Club of
Lancaster.
