Scheffey Marketing announces ownership, leadership changes
Scheffey Marketing & Communications announced changes to ownership and leadership, as well as staff additions.
Founded in 1996 by Scott Scheffey, the Lancaster County-based advertising, marketing, and public relations firm was acquired by Todd Burgard of Columbia, Pa. The owner and president of Burgard Agency, Burgard has over 30 years of experience in creative marketing.
“I am excited to be working with the existing team of creative professionals at Scheffey,” Burgard said in an interview. “I hope to bring fresh ideas, a passion for inventive campaigns, and a commitment to taking our agency to new levels of creative excellence and client success.”
In addition, Denis Marino has joined Scheffey Marketing as CEO. According to a release, Marino brings decades of leadership experience in sales, marketing, management, and business operations.
“We’re honored to benefit from the perspective Denis brings to Scheffey and the added strength it gives us as we continue supporting our clients’ success,” said Burgard.
As the company celebrates 30 years, Scheffey’s expanded creative team includes Jordan Sitler, who has joined as Senior Art Director. Sitler, of Lancaster, held creative leadership positions with national advertising agencies and manufacturers.
Scheffey’s professionals include Char Domin, vice president, strategic marketing; Lisa Lysle, media buyer; John Hedrick, lead developer; and Brandy Lehman, marketing project manager,
