The Third Annual Kidpreneurs Fair will be held Saturday at Messiah University‘s Brubaker Auditorium.
According to a release, over 100 young entrepreneurs, ages 5 to 15, will step into the role of business owners at the nonprofit event that gives children a platform to bring their ideas to life. The event is organized by Mechanicsburg couple Ashruta Shettar and Pradeep Patil and will take place from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Admission is free for shoppers.
“The Kidpreneurs Fair is about more than selling products—it is about confidence, problem-solving, and believing in your own ideas,” Shettar said in a statement. “These young entrepreneurs are not waiting for the future; they are building it today.”
Each Kidpreneur will set up and run their own booth, offering products and services that reflect their creativity, determination, and vision, per the release. The fair allows children to experience real-world entrepreneurship while engaging with the community.
The fair this year will have Susquehanna University – Sigmund Weis School of Business and Messiah University as its educational partners, underscoring the event’s mission to connect learning with leadership and business skills. With more than 700 shoppers expected, participants can gain experience in customer engagement, financial literacy, and marketing.
The Kidpreneurs Fair is an annual nonprofit event designed to empower children through entrepreneurship, creativity, and leadership. While not a registered nonprofit organization, every sponsorship and resource goes directly toward creating this platform for the next generation.
