Integrity First Home Buyers is following the success of Beyond the Logo: Finding Your Personal Brand by bringing back a event with a new theme.

According to a release, the theme is designed to reshape how professionals think about connection. The event is expected to draw owners, community leaders, and professionals from York, , and .

On Nov. 13, from 6–8 p.m. at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, Beyond the Handshake – The Network Effect will continue Integrity First’s quarterly networking series. The series this time is in partnership with Schiffbauer Consulting Group, led by York-based strategist and community builder Paul Schiffbauer Jr.

“Networking shouldn’t be a numbers game—it should be a relationship game,” Schiffbauer Jr., principal consultant of Schiffbauer Consulting Group, said in a statement. “When you focus on showing up genuinely, adding value, and helping others succeed, everyone wins. That’s the real ‘network effect.’ It’s not just about who you meet—it’s about how you show up and deliver for others.”

This quarter’s theme, “A Networking Event About Networking,” will feature speed networking sessions, a panel of connectors and community builders, and strategies for building relationships. Per a release, the event aims to create an environment where Central ‘s professionals can learn to connect with greater purpose and long-term impact.

“Too often, people approach networking as a checklist instead of a chance to create real change,” said Matthew Toth, Business Development Specialist at . “We started this series to help professionals move beyond surface-level interactions. By partnering with Schiffbauer Consulting Group, we’re expanding that mission—bringing fresh energy, new ideas, and a bigger platform for York’s business community to connect and grow together.”

The partnership seeks to build professional communities across Central Pennsylvania through collaboration, , and engagement.
