West Shore Home names chief tech officer to unify AI, data, customer experience platforms

West Shore Home has named Brian Nabet as chief technology officer to unify the home remodeling company’s AI, data, and customer experience platforms.

Nabet will lead enterprise technology strategy across the Mechanicsburg-based company’s operations in more than 40 cities and 27 states. Danny Fisher, who previously served as CTO, moves into the newly created position of chief systems officer.

“West Shore Home pairs an ambitious growth agenda with real investment in technology, and the leadership team backs that ambition with resources and speed,” Nabet said in a statement. “AI is a team sport, and my focus is bringing our platforms, our data, and our people together to deliver a faster, more convenient experience for every customer.”

Nabet has over 25 years of technology leadership spanning manufacturing, financial services, and defense, according to a release. He most recently spent seven years at Armstrong World Industries, rising from IT Director to Chief Information Officer, where he ran the company’s AI program, directed enterprise digital modernization, and supported growth from roughly $900 million to more than $1.7 billion in revenue. His earlier roles include CTO at Campbell and Company, a Baltimore-based quantitative investment firm, and global IT leadership positions at Glatfelter and Textron Systems’ AAI Corporation.

Werzyn said. “We have built the most advanced technology platform in home remodeling, and Brian is the leader who will unify it, strengthen it, and push it further as we grow.”

Nabet will direct enterprise technology strategy for the company, integrating its proprietary platforms, including the Hawkeye computer vision measurement system, the FELIX quoting engine, and its AI-powered Scheduling at the Point of Sale (SAPOS) tools, into one connected customer experience. Per the release, he will also work to expand AI capabilities across the organization, strengthen data architecture, and continue investment in a risk-based cybersecurity program.

West Shore Home has more than 3,000 employees and operations in more than 21 states. Since its founding in 2006, the company has completed over 330,000 home renovations.
