Martin Fedorko is proud to have started White Rose Ventures, an initiative that is bringing tens of millions of dollars to
entrepreneurs across south central Pennsylvania.
“It is a network-driven venture firm investing in and supporting the region’s brightest and most ambitious
entrepreneurs,” he said. “Leading with trust and transparency, our vision is to make central Pennsylvania a
supportive and accommodative place for all entrepreneurs to start and grow thriving businesses.
“It’s been clear over the past decade that early-stage entrepreneurs haven’t had ample capital to grow and scale
their businesses in this region,” he said. “To create that market, you have to share the value proposition of
supporting entrepreneurs with prospective investors and concurrently develop pathways for entrepreneurs to
understand the right funding sources for their type of business, including private investors. It was an enormous
undertaking that I’m fortunate to have led.”
Fedorko works hard to develop strong, but flexible opinions and to be a credible voice in his field. Consistency,
empathy and integrity are important values in his life.
Fedorko is a board member of the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, where he also serves on the finance
committee. He is the board treasurer for Braided River Collective, a sister organization under White Rose Ventures.
He is vice-chair of the board for the York County Literacy Council, on the finance committee for the White Rose
Leadership Institute and a member of the Downtown Rotary Club of York, for which he is a member of the investment
committee.
