“My family had a life-altering event when my father was urgently hospitalized at the Cleveland Clinic,” she said.
“The care management team walked us through some of darkest, most confusing days, weeks and months. I was
forever grateful, wanting to give the same as they did for my family. Today my father is about to celebrate his 20th
‘heart anniversary’ as he received a successful heart transplant 20 years ago, and that is when I began my career in
healthcare, and never looked back.”
At Select Medical, Dishner has a wide range of scope and responsibility for all hospital case management,
utilization review, health information, credentialing, therapy, audit and compliance, prospective payment system, as
well as business development and admissions.

Dishner is an event sponsor for Girls on the Run. She supports the Capital Region Heart Walk and volunteers at
Hampden Elementary School. She is a member of Vibrant – A Christian Church and Eagle FC Soccer Club.
