J. Michael Curci leads a team who serve as trusted advisors for Fulton Bank’s business customers and help them
achieve their dreams of owning and managing thriving businesses.
“I stand out from my peers because of how I challenge and support my team because I challenge myself to
grow professionally while seeking opportunities to give back to our community, and because I’m never afraid to
ask questions that help achieve desired outcome,” he said.
Curci is dedicated to supporting several charitable causes, including the American Cancer Society’s Real Men
Wear Pink campaign, the Salvation Army, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Boys & Girls Club of
Harrisburg. He serves on the boards of Goodwill Keystone Area and the United Way of the Capital Region
Bridges Society.
Curci credits his mother with having the most significant impact on his career.
“She is a life-long learner, and throughout my life has taught me what it means to push yourself and strive to
continually grow,” he said. “As a child and young adult, I remember her going back to school several times. To
become a nurse practitioner, nurse midwife and ultimately to earn her Ph.D. in Nursing. Choosing to go into
financial services instead of health care, I have followed a different path than my mother. That said, what I
learned from her applies every bit as much. I always want to be learning, have a healthy curiosity, exercise
humility, and treat people with care and compassion.”
