Craig Tyler Dunkle is built differently than other brokers in his industry, according to Sean Beuche, vice president,
regional manager, at Marcus & Millichap.
“The first thing that stood out was his commitment to his community of Harrisburg and Central Pennsylvania,”
Beuche said. “He takes pride in his community, and he is continually looking for ways to help and give back. He
remains passionate in his commitment to have both a presence in our collaborative culture in Philadelphia,
without losing or giving up his hometown ties. For (Dunkle), personal relationships and face-to-face business is a
hallmark of his success.”
In 2021, Dunkle closed 36 transactions across nine states and seven product types, totaling more than $171
million in asset value.
“I try to be a leader in my industry and in my community,” he said. “Evolution is a natural progression, and I
feel I promote true advancement in my fields of expertise. From marketing technique to the introduction of new
and specific content, I continuously try and make advancements within my profession. And the same goes for my
community. I will continually work and assist where I can for the betterment of society as a whole.”
Also in 2021, he opened his own brewery, distillery, restaurant and music venue, Lovedraft’s Brewing Company
at 165 Gateway Drive, Mechanicsburg. The company is set to open its second location in York, with future sights
set on Philadelphia, Lancaster and Pittsburgh.
Dunkle can breakdance. Given the right circumstances, he will participate in a dance-off.
