We are not just growing an organization by expanding services and opening more doors to care, we are cultivating communities where the spirit of care thrives.”
Jones learned the values of teamwork and hard work through her parents. That’s why she sits at the table with those who believe in whole health, address and heal disease, work at the causes of the causes, and “stand to achieve true equity for our communities.” It’s important to how she leads. “I also believe in listening to and learning from others’ experiences to continually transform the care that we provide. No one knows and understands healthy community better than those who make up that community.”
