 has been launched by the in partnership with the State System of Higher Education () Foundation. 

According to a release, the site was made possible by an industry partnership grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The grant was awarded to PASSHE Foundation and PA Bankers, with additional financial support from the . 

“Pennsylvania’s banking industry is one of the most dynamic and diverse in the nation,” Duncan Campbell, PA Bankers’ president & CEO, said in a statement. “From community banks serving Main Street to major financial institutions operating globally, the commonwealth offers career opportunities across every facet of modern banking. 

“With over 100 banks operating across the state, the industry provides stable, well-compensated careers with clear paths for advancement. Whether you are a recent graduate, a career changer or a veteran transitioning to civilian life, there is a place for you in Pennsylvania banking, and our new website will help you to find your path,” added Campbell. 

The website allows people interested in careers in banking to: 

  • Take an Interest Survey or Skills Survey to see how interests and experience translate to banking roles. Veterans can use the Military Match to crosswalk their military occupation codes directly to civilian banking careers. 
  • Explore career tracks across , , operations, IT, compliance and more. Each track includes detailed information about the skills needed, education requirements, and growth opportunities. 
  • Explore profiles of over 100 PA Bankers member institutions — including community, regional and national banks. 
  • Access education and training resources for someone new to a career in banking or a seasoned banker looking to improve their skills or grow in their careers. 

The new banking careers tool is available to high schools, colleges and local to help students and adults looking for a career. PASSHE Foundation worked with PA Bankers to develop the website’s features and is promoting outreach and awareness of the website to Pennsylvania’s community colleges, , K-12 guidance counselors, , workforce investment boards, and other workforce development professionals.
