In little more than 10 years in Harrisburg, Wingenroth has grown from a student/intern to partner in a lobbying firm, cofounder of a business consulting joint venture and managing partner and vice president of a government relations and public affairs firm.
She has more than a decade of experience as a premier lobbyist in the state capital, widely known for her expertise in rail freight, transportation and renewable energy issues. She has represented more than 20 railroads, major corporations, small businesses and nonprofits. Wingenroth has also served as a coordinator for three statewide nonprofit associations and coalitions.
Recognized for her intensive research, focused presentations, creativity and personal/professional credibility, Wingenroth says she was told early and often how you important your credibility is on the Hill.
“The currency in Harrisburg politics is your ability to make a commitment and uphold your end of the deal,” she said.
