“In the last year, I’ve seen the adoption of artificial intelligence programs by nonprofit clients and the interesting challenges these programs can cause as the kinks are worked out of the integration phase,” he explained. “I suggest that the way to overcome the problems is to remain focused on the organization’s goals and on staying sustainable in its mission. My procedure in answering specific client questions is always the same: Make sure of the facts, do the research and analyze against my experiences.”
