Scott Dietterick is managing partner of JSDC Law, responsible for administrative and economic oversight of the entire firm, in addition to his own practice group.
Most challenging in the last year were negotiations for acquisition of a 10-attorney Pittsburgh law firm, to be effective later in 2023. “Finding the economic terms that fit both of our needs and the combinations of two distinct practices required substantial due diligence, flexibility and patience, as well as the input and cooperation of my fellow partners,” Dietterick explained.
He is inspired by economic growth, creating an atmosphere allowing flexible balance of work and life prioritization for employees, building consensus among partners, and strategy sessions and camaraderie with co-workers.
