Company President Amy Ellis said one of her proudest accomplishments is the invention of O2MOVE, a re-usable oxygen hose designed to improve mobility and patient outcomes.
“I am driven to be a rehabilitation revolutionary—facilitating change in patient care as well as the invention of needed medical equipment,” President Ellis said.
“I’m also proud of the training program and manual we’ve developed,” Ellis said. “These resources are used to educate both healthcare providers and families on best practices in home-based care, ensuring high standards of treatment are maintained outside of clinical settings.”
Over the years, Ellis said finding staff and securing funding to manufacture equipment have been the biggest hurdles, but “despite these challenges, we’ve stayed true to the mission of never turning away a patient or family in need of services.”
