Zibit is an AI-driven SaaS platform transforming how trade-show teams plan, manage, and measure success. By replacing chaotic spreadsheets with smart strategy, full event project control, and real-time ROI dashboards, Zibit said they help marketing teams find clarity—and measurable growth—at every step of the trade show process.

“After years of managing 30+ trade shows a year and building my own tools to stay organized, I knew there had to be a better way,” Nicole Biesecker, President and Founder, said. “I’ve felt the stress, the inefficiencies, and the constant pressure to prove ROI. Zibit was born from a passion to simplify the process and help marketers succeed with clarity and confidence.”

Now in its first year of operation, Zibit is already progressing in the burgeoning field of AI tech, thanks in part to a unique collaboration with Harrisburg University’s UI/UX student team, who helped bring the platform’s demo and website to life. 

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch the vision come to life through collaboration,” Biesecker said. “And giving students real-world experience in the process has been a huge win for both sides.”

Like many early-stage companies, Zibit has had to navigate the challenges of building a lean, focused product while juggling limited resources. “Balancing time and focus—especially while running another business—has definitely tested us,” Biesecker said. “But we’ve built a great team and culture that prioritizes flexibility, meaningful goals, and enjoying the process.”
