In her current capacity, Laura Martin has two roles at SVN Latus Commercial Realty Group: one as the managing director, which involves giving the vision and direction of the company, setting goals, and managing the full day-to-day operations. “At the end of the day, I am responsible for all company activity. Additionally, I am a producer of my own book of business as an agent, conducting sales, leasing and property management, and working directly with clients to help them meet and exceed their business goals.”
In 2023, Martin was named SVN’s Managing Director of the Year, the first woman in SVN to receive the award. She has also consistently been in the top 100 agents in the SVN network nationwide in production volume.
“I am proud of the staff team that we have built, who provide full-service support to our agents and clients,” Martin said. “We also recently launched a podcast, ‘Beyond The Deal,’ in which we talk business, entrepreneurship and commercial real estate with business owners, executives and investors.”
