Lancaster-based construction brand announces new CEO
Lancaster-based Baüen Unlimited announced four strategic changes within its team.
Baüen Unlimited provides luxury custom construction through its various brands, including B&D Builders, Mid-Atlantic Timberframes, Vintage Wood & Forged Iron, Vintage Millwork & Restoration, Blackwood Equestrian Stalls and Mid-Atlantic Steel Fabrication.
Following a 39-year career, Ed Ferderbar announced his retirement from the position. Ferderbar will be succeeded by Samuel Ebersol, who served as general manager of Mid-Atlantic Timberframes for 13 years. Michael Banta will advance from operations manager to general manager, filling Ebersol’s position. At sister company B&D Builders, Amos Ebersol is being promoted from his role as director of preconstruction to general manager.
“Throughout each division of Baüen, empowerment remains a core value,” Sam Ebersol said. “Our goal is to equip our people for success in every stage of their career because they are truly the most important component of the organization.”
Baüen Unlimited was established 25 years ago by Business partners and co-founders Ben Esh and Daniel Glick.
“Each brand under the Baüen umbrella was founded from a passion to transcend the idea of what was possible in heritage building,” Ferderbar said. “Although different within their craft, each division is deeply committed to delivering a best-in-class experience from product sourcing to construction and customer service. As we look toward the future, we remain steadfast in these values while continuing to reimagine luxury custom building.”
