Managing Partner
Barley Snyder
Jeff Lobach devotes equal time to two roles, which he both enjoys. As Barley Snyder managing partner, he is the firm’s CEO, responsible for strategic direction and all operations. He is also a transactional lawyer providing counsel to businesses, nonprofits and individuals.
Lobach has been with Barley Snyder for more than 30 years. He’s in his 10th year serving as managing partner, the longest tenure in the firm’s history. With 130 lawyers in 12 offices, the firm has more than doubled in size under his leadership. In April 2023, he oversaw the addition of Lebanon-based law firm Reilly Wolfson to Barley Snyder, a move that added eight attorneys and 26 total employees. This transaction marks the second major addition to the firm within 15 months, as it previously added 14 attorneys and 32 total employees from the Wyomissing-based firm Leisawitz Heller in January 2022.
According to Lobach, the firm has made each of these past 10 years its “best ever” by remaining focused on its two main goals: to provide its clients with the highest quality legal service and to keep its team intact.
“We attribute our success and growth to the strength and hard work of our team members. We have long believed that an organization is nothing without its people and we did not lose sight of that during turbulent times,” said Lobach. “Witnessing the steadfast dedication of our people to our clients, our communities and to each other has, and continues to be, inspiring.”
