Jayson Wolfgang has handled administrative oversight locally for about 40 of the firm’s lawyers, government relations professionals and staff for the past 28 years, he said.
“My law practice includes representing a variety of businesses such as insurers, health care entities, financial institutions, and nonprofit corporations in commercial disputes, governance matters, administrative regulation and state government contracts,” he said.
Wolfgang said advanced technology, including AI, continues to be an emerging trend in law.
“At Buchanan, we encourage education and secure use of technology through our BuchananInnovate platform. We also have BuchananArtifex, our own proprietary generative AI technology, which allows our attorneys and professionals to learn, research, and use AI effectively and safely for clients,” he said. “We are consistently looking for and finding ways to leverage technology to meet the business needs of our clients.”
