Landmark Commercial Realty sold a fully leased Class A medical office building in for $3.65 million, impacting the market.

An investor group purchased 6375 Mercury Drive in Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township, for $3.65 million. The upscale class A multi-tenant medical/professional 27,600 square foot office building is situated on 3.7 acres in close proximity to Carlisle Pike and . The center includes , Wegmans, , , Best Buy, Longhorn Steakhouse, and more, and is adjacent to at , as well as upscale residential developments.

According to a release, the building was originally built as the LB Smith headquarters and has been extensively renovated to blend modern aesthetics with functional design, featuring a grand entrance and high-end finishes throughout.

Main tenants in the building include West Shore Family Practice, Advantage, , REMAX 1st Advantage, Lauer Bailer, , and Hashtad Dental Clinic.

Bo Mangam, Associate Broker of Landmark Commercial Realty, handled the sale negotiations and brokered the sale transaction between buyers and sellers.
