Landmark Commercial Realty sold a fully leased Class A medical office building in Mechanicsburg for $3.65 million, impacting the West Shore market.
An investor group purchased 6375 Mercury Drive in Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township, for $3.65 million. The upscale class A multi-tenant medical/professional 27,600 square foot office building is situated on 3.7 acres in close proximity to Carlisle Pike and Silver Spring Square Shopping Center. The center includes Target, Wegmans, Kohl’s, Petco, Best Buy, Longhorn Steakhouse, and more, and is adjacent to senior living at Legend at Silver Creek, as well as upscale residential developments.
According to a release, the building was originally built as the LB Smith headquarters and has been extensively renovated to blend modern aesthetics with functional design, featuring a grand entrance and high-end finishes throughout.
Main tenants in the building include West Shore Family Practice, Advantage, Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, REMAX 1st Advantage, Lauer Bailer, M.D. Laser and Aesthetics, and Hashtad Dental Clinic.
