West Shore Home expands in New England

Mechanicsburg-based West Shore Home is expanding its New England footprint.

The Central Pennsylvania company is opening its second Massachusetts location in Andover. According to a release, demand from northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire is driving the growth after a successful February launch in the Boston market. The expansion extends West Shore Home’s coverage area into northern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and parts of Vermont and Maine.

“We opened in Boston three months ago, and the response told us everything we needed to know,” West Shore Home Founder and CEO B.J. Werzyn said in a statement. “Demand from northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire was outpacing our ability to serve it from one location. Andover puts us closer to those homeowners and opens up areas we couldn’t reach efficiently before.”

The Andover office follows West Shore Home’s opening three months ago in Franklin, the company’s first location in New England. Demand from homeowners across the region, particularly north of Boston, where the Franklin office had limited reach, accelerated the timeline for a second facility.

Based at 4 Executive Place in Andover, the new office will serve homeowners across a coverage area extending from the Merrimack Valley north into New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Long-term headcount is expected to reach 120 to 150 employees, including more than 10 leadership positions, 40 to 45 sales representatives, and 50 to 60 installers. West Shore Home has been named a Top Workplaces USA honoree for five straight years.

West Shore Home uses proprietary Scan-to-Plan technology to create 3D digital replicas of spaces during consultations, giving homeowners real-time pricing and a visual preview before work begins, per the release. Company-employed installers complete bathroom remodels, flooring replacements, and window and door installations, with many projects finished in days.
