In practice for over 32 years and with Buchanan for over 27 years, shareholder and head of the Harrisburg office Jayson Wolfgang handles administrative oversight locally for about 40 of the firm’s lawyers, government relations professionals and staff. His law practice includes representing various businesses such as insurers, health care entities, financial institutions and nonprofit corporations in commercial disputes, governance, administrative regulation and state government contracts.
“We successfully acquired and transitioned a number of client relationships in 2023,” Wolfgang said. “The business of law practice is very competitive and challenging. By focusing on the core needs of existing and prospective clients, we were able to preserve and grow the business consistent with our firm’s strategic focus. I’m very proud of that as the head of the office.”
