As CEO of Saxton & Stump, James Saxton said his role is “developing the strategic vision, so it all fits together and we reach both our long- and short-term goals. I work closely with our managers and department chairs to then execute on that strategy while maintaining our business discipline. Further, I work to instill a critically important culture of sharing and caring.”
The firm recently expanded in five of its six offices to take the next step strategically, he said. “It’s always a delicate balance between maintaining discipline to control expenses and fully investing in the future. When you have built a solid foundation like I believe we have, you have greater ability to invest in the future with confidence that it will pay off. We have laid the groundwork over the past several years and I am confident the remarkable growth we’re experiencing will continue to pay dividends.”
