Ivo Otto is a founding member of Martson Law Offices and its managing shareholder. A sixth-generation native of Carlisle, he focuses his practice on business and personal tax planning as well as estate and asset protection planning, probate, trusts and estates, fiduciary services, real estate, probate litigation, commercial transactions and lending, health care, nonprofit and charitable organizations law, according to his online bio.
Otto is a graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member and past president of the Cumberland County Bar Association and a member of the sections on Taxation and on Real Property, Probate, Trusts & Estates at the American Bar Association.
Otto is also chairman of Endowment Committee at the United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County and an instructor in the Law of Business Transactions and Law of Business Organizations at Dickinson College.
