Dolphin Studios LLC is a GenAI software development company specializing in AI orchestration backends and AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) solutions for startups and businesses across the country, they said.
In under two years, the company has quickly become a trusted partner for organizations looking to integrate scalable, custom AI systems that go far beyond plug-and-play tools.
Founder and Lead Developer Drew Piispanen launched Dolphin Studios after recognizing a widespread challenge.
“While many businesses are interested in AI, few have the infrastructure or expertise to implement it effectively,” Piispanen said. “We saw a gap in AI implementation. Dolphin Studios was founded to bridge that gap with solutions that are not only technically sound but actually deployable at scale.”
A major challenge for the company has been educating clients on what AI orchestration really means and why it matters.
“Whether or not a company has an IT team, there’s often a big knowledge gap,” Piispanen said.
Internally, Dolphin Studios promotes a flexible, remote-friendly work culture with strong mentorship in AI and cloud systems. Weekly whiteboarding sessions encourage innovation and team ownership, fostering not just technical growth, but a shared sense of purpose, they said.
