David B. Hanson is a member of the enterprise leadership team of Fulton Bank and has leadership responsibility for Fulton’s personal and institutional investment management and private banking businesses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. His team of over 200 investment and wealth management professionals manages over $14 billion of client assets for families, retirement plans, endowments, and high net worth clients.
The last year, and the couple before it, have brought highs and lows—emotional, financial, physical, spiritual, and political—of extremes rarely seen. “We’ve had to learn to not be too exuberant with the highs or too melancholic in the lows. We’ve learned to focus on facts and data, share what we know, admit what we don’t know, and stay balanced.
