President and Shareholder
CGA Law Firm
Craig Sharnetza’s responsibilities as president of CGA Law Firm include hiring new employees up to the management level, managing employees and staff, working with the office administrator to oversee the workflow and maintain efficiencies, overseeing the firm’s finances, and managing and running meetings including a monthly office meeting, bi-weekly executive committee meetings and the monthly owner’s meeting.
Last year, Sharnetzka was tested by an issue regarding management and compensation committee make-up. “I spoke to my colleagues to get a better understanding of their feelings and positions on the issue, and we have worked through a solution that thankfully has been more transparent and fair to all,” he said.
One of the firm’s founding attorneys once stated that CGA must continue to make itself a place that staff and colleagues are proud to be associated with, and excited to work at, when they walk through the doors, Sharnetzka remembered. “That statement has become a goal that inspires me to continue to foster a culture that motivates and supports our team to work collaboratively and diligently to provide the best service to our clients.”
