Shareholder and President
CGA Law firm

Craig Sharnetzka is the current president of the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, real estate, bankruptcy, business, and estate planning and administration, according to the York-based firm’s website. Sharnetzka previously chaired the firm’s municipal law Practice Group.

Through his municipal law practice, Sharnetzka represents a number of municipalities in the capacity of a solicitor. He routinely drafts ordinances, resolutions, contracts and advises council members and elected and appointed officials and employees in matters such as open meeting laws, planning, zoning, and other land use issues, economic development, personnel, capacity, and other matters, according to the site.

In a previous Power List profile, Sharnetzka said he was inspired by one of CGA’s founding attorneys, who said that the firm must continue to make itself a place that staff and colleagues are proud to be associated with, and excited to work at when they walk through the doors.

“That statement has become a goal that inspires me to continue to foster a culture that motivates and supports our team to work collaboratively and diligently to provide the best service to our clients,” he said.
