Functioning as McNees’ CEO, Brian Jackson is responsible for all aspects of the organization, “although I am fortunate to rely upon our very strong C-suite and directors to oversee day-to-day management,” he said. “I continue to practice in our Labor and Employment Group. Along with Gov. Shapiro, I serve as co-chair of the Team Pennsylvania Foundation Board of Directors. I am on the board of directors of the United Way of the Capital Region and will chair the UWCR Campaign.”
In 2022, McNees grew its geographic footprint, its team and its client service offerings, “all requiring change leadership and integration,” Jackson said. “We recognized the varying levels of risk tolerance and change adaptability within our firm, so we sought to build consensus and support around each initiative for growth. As we integrated, we leaned into our culture of embracing new and diverse perspectives that can help us better serve our clients and communities. We are stronger today because of that journey.”
He added, “I very much enjoy serving the wonderful people in our organization and the outstanding clients that we represent.”
