As president and managing partner of Blakinger Thomas, Aaron Hollis is responsible for leading the overall operations and direction of the law firm, based on the decisions of the partners. Chair of the Tax Section, according to his online bio, he also handles client work in his area of practice.
“The biggest challenges in the past year and likely the biggest challenges in the near future are working through the industry changes,” Hollis noted. “We’ve needed to juggle an increase in workload with the difficulties of obtaining and retaining talent. Our response to this situation has and will continue to be planning so we understand the impacts and trends and responding proactively to change our process and policies.”
What inspires him most, he said, “is the passion and dedication I see with our business clients, our attorneys, our business partners and our competitors as they pursue improving their own business and serving their clients and customers first.”
