York industrial contractor names new president, COO
Advanced Industrial Services vice president, Jared Haas, is set to take over as president and COO of the York-based contractor following the retirement of its current president and COO in January.
The turn-key industrial contractor said this week that Haas, who has previously held positions within the firm as national sales manager and vice president during his five years with the company, will take on the new leadership role effective Jan. 3, 2022.
Haas’ professional experience includes project management, client development and sales within electrical, industrial, mechanical, food processing and government sectors. Prior to joining AIS, Haas was a sales account executive with Industrial Piping Systems, also in York.
Haas replaces current president and COO Jim Heinrichs, who will retire on Jan. 7, 2022. Heinrichs leaves the company after 32 years.
AIS specializes in rigging and millwrighting, electrical services, piping, custom fabrication and transportation and warehousing.
The contractor was founded in 1984 and was purchased in 2015 by Cemtrex, a diversified technology company based in New York.
