York County real estate business leases with solar company

The lease brings the 137,404-square-foot property to full occupancy.
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management signed the 16,610-square-foot industrial lease with Trinity Solar at Fairview Industrial Park. The park is at 621-641 Lowther Road in Lewisberry.
Fairview Industrial Park, a three-building, 137,404-square-foot industrial complex located 10 miles south of Harrisburg, was acquired by Larken Associates in 2022.
“Demand for well-located industrial space continues to be strong in emerging markets like Harrisburg,” Victor Kelly, who represented Larken Associates, said in a statement. “With Fairview Industrial Park now at 100% occupancy, we are excited to grow the relationships we have built with our tenants and provide them with all the services they need to achieve their respective business goals.”
According to a release, Trinity Solar is one of the largest privately-owned residential solar installation companies in the United States. The company has completed over 100,000 solar installations since opening for business in 1994.
In addition to Trinity Solar, Fairview Industrial Park is home to several commercial tenants including Precision Pully and Idler, a provider of high-performance and innovative conveyor products and solutions and Eastern Surfaces, Inc., a manufacturing and installation company of natural stone, quartz, and solid-surface custom countertops.
