West Shore Home expands remodeling services to Massachusetts and New England

Listen to this articleWest Shore Home, a home remodeling company headquartered in Mechanicsburg and operating in 22 states, has expanded to Mass. for the first time.
The company, which offers one-day installation for bathroom, window, door and flooring remodeling services using scan-based design technology, opened a location outside of Boston, marking its first foray into New England territory.
The new West Shore Home office is located at 20 Liberty Way, Suite B in Franklin and serves a coverage area extending throughout most of Mass. and parts of N.H., R.I. and Conn. The company is actively hiring local talent for design consultant, installation and management positions.
In a region where the median home price sits around $870,000 and nearly half of housing stock was built before 1939, West Shore Home hopes to provide convenient remodeling with no surprise costs.
“Homeowners [in Boston] are investing heavily in their properties because much of the older housing stock needs renovation,” B.J. Werzyn, founder and CEO of West Shore Home, said in a release. “Our highly trained employee installers backed by our technology platform deliver the speed and reliability that Boston homeowners deserve.”
West Shore Home has completed over 300,000 bathroom renovations since its 2006 founding and currently employs roughly 3,000 individuals.
