Wagman said it will be moving some of its operations.
The construction company has purchased 3265 Farmtrail Road in York.
After construction and renovations, Wagman said it plans to relocate its York office personnel there. This will be the new main office in York for Wagman Inc., Wagman Construction Inc. and Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc., including Wagman’s Geotechnical Operation for the north.
The office relocation will allow for long-term expansion plans for Wagman’s Field Service Center, which maintains their equipment fleet at their current 3290 North Susquehanna Trail campus.
Mike Glezer, CEO of Wagman Inc. Commented on the move.
“Our main office building in York has served us well for over 50 years, but the maintenance is costly, expansion options were limited and the layout presents constraints to our teams,” he said. “We also need more parking.”
Since Mike and wife Lisa Wagman Glezer, started as the fourth-generation owners 20 years ago, the company as a whole has more than tripled in terms of people, volume and revenue.
Wagman has been based in York County since 1902. The company has two operational offices in Virginia, but the headquarters for operations and the human resources, accounting, legal, IT, marketing, and safety teams are all primarily centralized out of the York office.
