Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union PSECU has promoted six employees to vice president roles and hired a new director of Balance Sheet Strategy and Capital Markets.
Headquartered in Harrisburg, PSECU recently hired Eduardo Santos and Warren Pattison to the credit union‘s Member Experience team.
The new Vice Presidents are Kristie Lowe, Strategic Finance and Planning; Jodi Harner, EPMO, Payments, and Operations; Isaac Losch, Credit Risk Management; Lisa Demaline, Strategic Human Resources and Physical Security; Damian Dyer, Internal Audit; and Jeunetta Lewis, Enterprise Optimization. PSECU also named Jay Yusko as Director of Balance Sheet Strategy and Capital Markets.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to developing exceptional leaders from within while bringing in specialized expertise where it strengthens our capabilities,” Chief Human Resources Officer Sandra Holzgen said in a statement. “Each of these individuals brings proven leadership and deep functional knowledge that will drive our continued success. Together, they strengthen our ability to serve members while positioning PSECU for sustained growth and innovation.”
According to a release, Lowe started at PSECU right out of college, advancing through multiple key finance roles and has become central to the credit union’s financial planning.
Harner eclipsed the 30-year mark at PSECU this month, having served in roles across nearly every facet of credit union operations, earning her recognition as a reliable leader with institutional knowledge.
Losch started at PSECU right out of college and has steadily advanced through credit risk roles and helped refine the credit union’s risk strategy, most recently serving as associate vice president.
Demaline has more than 25 years of HR experience and has strengthened union partnerships, enhanced workplace safety, and aligned HR strategy with business priorities in her four years at PSECU.
Dyer recently celebrated 25 years at PSECU, holding multiple leadership roles across the credit union, most recently serving as Interim Head of Internal Audit.
Lewis expands her role after two years as Director of Procurement. Before joining PSECU, she held senior roles at Foot Locker, including Vice President of Global Procurement.
Yusko joins PSECU from Seven One Seven Capital Management as its former Director of Investment Management. He is a CFA charterholder with more than 10 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, and hedging.
