Listen to this articleThe sale of 283 Commerce Hub in Lancaster County to Invesco Real Estate was announced Monday by Panattoni Development Company, one of the largest privately held, full-service, development companies in the world.
The 399,280 square feet building is located on 41.94 acres of land at 403 S Chiques Road in Manheim. This project was developed by Panattoni Development Company. Panattoni Development was represented by Bo Mills, Austin Shirley, Mark Chubb, Mike Zerbe, Summer Coulter, and Jason Webb with KBC Advisors.
Construction on the property began in July of 2024. Completed in May 2025, the building has close proximity to Parcel Service and immediate highway access.
Founded in 1986, Panattoni Development Company, Panattoni operates from 69 offices in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. The company has developed more than 630 million square feet of space, including more than 215 million square feet of build-to-suit projects.
