According to a release, most cybersecurity incidents are caused by human mistakes rather than failures in technology. Industry research reveals that over 80% of cyber incidents involve human error or misjudgment, including phishing emails, weak passwords, or accidental data exposure. Because small and mid-sized businesses often operate without cybersecurity staff, human errors can lead to operational downtime, financial loss, and reputational damage.
SelecTech has introduced an employee-focused cybersecurity awareness service built on the KnowBe4 training framework. KnowBe4 is a human risk management and security awareness training platform used by over 70,000 organizations worldwide.
