‘s Warfel  has announced Mitch Denlinger’s promotion to Director of Information .  

Denlinger joined Warfel in 2023 and has played a key role in advancing the company’s use of technology to better support its people and projects.  

“What first drew me to Warfel was the company’s belief in technology as a tool to support people,” Denlinger said. “That mission continues to inspire me. My goal is always to make sure our employees, especially those in the field, have the tools they need to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.”  

Having run his own IT consulting for more than a decade, Denlinger has been instrumental in initiatives that improve efficiency and connectivity across job sites. Deploying Starlink internet on remote projects and introducing IT job boxes for trailers, Denlinger’s work ensures Warfel’s teams stay connected and equipped in the field.  

In addition, Denlinger has led efforts to adapt artificial intelligence as a tool to increase efficiency and support daily operations.  

“Mitch brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a genuine people-first mindset,” Warfel President Conlan Swope said. “His ability to adapt new technologies while leading with humility and care for others reflects the very heart of Warfel’s culture.”  

Denlinger’s new role will focus on strengthening Warfel’s IT infrastructure, building a collaborative team culture, and ensuring employees have the tools to succeed.  

“I don’t believe in micro-managing,” said Denlinger. “I want my team to take ownership, work through challenges, and feel proud of their accomplishments. When our IT team thrives, it makes a real difference for everyone at Warfel.”  

According to , Denlinger’s promotion reflects the company’s people-first culture and ongoing investment in leadership that builds trust, strengthens teams, and supports innovation.  

In related news, Warfel announced the promotion of Corbin Beittel to General Manager, , effective Aug. 1. Beittel will oversee the day-to-day operations of Warfel’s East Petersburg and State College offices and provide leadership to the region’s project management teams.  

“I’m honored to step into this new role,” Beittel said. “What energizes me most is the chance to support our teams and help create spaces where people can do their best work. That, and continuing to build long-term partnerships in Central PA, makes this an exciting new chapter.”  

Joining Warfel in 2017 as a Field Engineer, Beittel has taken on roles as project engineer, project manager, and most recently, project executive. According to the company, Beittel’s path reflects a deep commitment to learning, leadership, and building strong relationships.  

The leadership transition means project management staff in Central PA offices will begin reporting directly to Beittel, supporting aligned leadership and continued team success.  

According to Warfel, Beittel is known for his authentic and servant-minded leadership style, and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to his work. He’ll focus on growing and supporting project management teams in his new role, strengthening Warfel’s “Clients for Life” mission.

In addition, Warfel Construction has been ranked No. 396 on ‘s (ENR) 2025 Top 400 Contractors list, a nationally recognized benchmark of excellence in the construction industry.
