Lancaster Chamber to host Professional Women’s Forum

The Lancaster Chamber will host the 2026 Professional Women’s Forum: “Seasons of Growth”. 

The forum is scheduled for March 27 at the Armstrong World Industries Campus, 2500 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. It will be held through the Lancaster Chamber’s Women in Business program. 

The annual event brings together professionals from across Lancaster County for a full day of leadership development, connection, and celebrating the impact of women in the business community. 

“Our hope is that every woman who attends leaves feeling both seen and strengthened,” Lancaster Chamber Events Manager Katie Young said in a statement. “Growth looks different in every season of life and leadership. Hosting the Forum during Women’s History Month makes it an especially meaningful opportunity to celebrate the contributions of women while investing in the leaders who will continue shaping our community.” 

Serving as keynote speaker will be Stephanie Painter, co-CEO of Painterland Sisters, a fourth-generation dairy farmer and entrepreneur who has helped transform her family’s farm into a nationally recognized brand. Painterland Sisters has scaled its organic skyr yogurt products into more than 6,000 stores nationwide while championing sustainable agriculture, female entrepreneurship, and rural revitalization. Stephanie’s work has earned national recognition, including Forbes 30 Under 30 and Organic Entrepreneur of the Year by Organic Voices. 

According to a release, the Women in Business (WIB) connects, cultivates, and celebrates women across Lancaster County by providing the community, with strategies, and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. WIB encourages professionals who consider themselves allies of women in the workplace to attend to attend our programs and learn how to best support female colleagues. 

This year’s theme, Seasons of Growth, centers on celebrating, inspiring, and empowering women in business through dynamic speakers and sessions that support mindset growth, leadership development, and personal passions. Its goal is to spark both personal and professional growth in ways you can carry forward into your workplace and your community, per the release. 

Attendees will participate in a series of breakout sessions led by local women leaders and subject-matter experts. Sessions will explore themes of ROOT, SPROUT, and BLOOM, guiding participants through conversations focused on strategic self-investment, career growth, leadership reinvention, storytelling, and building supportive professional networks. 

Breakout speakers include Jordan Evangelista of HQ Water Solutions, Reesy Neff of Omega ECycles, Ann Marie Haus of Customers Bank, Yenma Herb of RKL LLP, Dawn Ziegerer of The Great Story Workshop, and Jessie Tuno of ASSETS.  

In addition, the event will feature the third annual Women-Owned Business Marketplace, where attendees can explore products and services created by local women entrepreneurs. The marketplace offers an opportunity to support women-owned businesses while connecting with innovators and creators from across the region.
