Kinsley Construction
Kinsley Construction, headquartered in York, is a full-service construction company and certified materials supplier specializing in building, civil, and industrial construction across the Mid-Atlantic region. CEO Jason Stouffer leads 1,800 employees.
Bob and Anne Kinsley founded the company in 1963, taking on projects from excavation to home construction in the York area. The original mission was to deliver quality work, support the local community, and build a lasting legacy through dedicated service — principles the company refers to as “construction done right.”
Growth came quickly — $1 million in sales by 1970, expansion into new markets and general contracting in the 1980s, and a leadership transition to the next generation of Kinsleys in 1995. The company established the Kinsley Training and Development Center and recently moved into third-generation leadership. Its diversified divisions — Building, Civil, Industrial, and Materials — span the full scope of construction services.
