To expand its outreach to the York market, Langan Financial, a financial services firm located in Camp Hill, is opening a new office in York County.
The expansion is part of a partnership with The Manufacturers’ Association, a regional non-profit industry trade organization, to offer a multiple employer retirement plan to manufacturers and members of the Association. The new office will be co-located within The Manufacturers’ Association at 3405 Board Road in York.
“Our York Financial Planning office will allow us to become more integrated and supportive of the local community,” Bob Langan, owner of Langan Financial Group, said in a statement. “With us serving the Association’s members, it is vital we are as easily available as possible. What better place to be than in the building where they have their training?”
The Manufacturers’ Association partnered with Langan Financial Group two months ago to create a multiple employer retirement plan that could be offered to all members. The goal is to offer a 401(K) plan that aggregates employers plans under the Association to expand employer and participant benefits to help lower 401(K) plan fees, increase investment fund management, reduce administrative burdens, increase fiduciary protection, and increase employee engagement.
“We are thrilled to welcome a great partner and 401(K) provider, Langan Financial Group to our office,” said Tom Palisin, executive director of The Manufacturers’ Association.
For the past several years Langan Financial has been engaging York’s community. The firm has supported local non-profits through sponsorships and donation drives, including the York SPCA. Langan Financial has also been partnering with local businesses such as Hayman Studios to create fundraisers for the community. Most recently they helped raise $5,000 for area first responders.
Langan Financial Group’s York financial advisor office will continue to offer financial planning expertise for retirement planning, wealth management, investment planning, small business retirement plans, and executive compensation plans.
The Manufacturers’ Association will host an Open House and networking event on March 13 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Food, raffles, and tours will be provided.
