Intellicor was founded by East Hempfield Township-based Pemcor Printing Co. LLC and New Jersey-based AE Litho, LLC. The new company bought Intelligencer and is combining all three operations, a news release said.
Intelligencer was previously owned by Steinman Communications, the Lancaster-based media company that owns LNP Media Group Inc.
Intellicor will operate at the former Intelligencer headquarters at 330 Eden Road in Manheim Township. It is expected to employ most of the 112 part-time and full-time Intelligencer employees.
The Pemcor facility in Landisville will remain open for the foreseeable future, while AE Litho’s facility in Beverly, N.J. will serve as a fulfillment and logistics center for Intellicor.
The three companies will continue operating under their owns names as divisions of Intellicor for the foreseeable future, according to Intellicor principals Jeff Bozzi and Michael Hurly.
Intellicor’s anticipated revenue will be $50 million per year.
“This convergence brings together three entities with complementary services and a shared commitment to making communication easier for our clients, no matter their target,” Bozzi said.
