Wolf Administration approves $36 million increase in NAP funding (access required)

Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) was approved for an additional $36 million in funding, Gov. Tom Wolf announced on Monday. The program encourages private-sector investment in distressed communities by providing tax credits to the businesses providing capital.
