WITF, PNC Bank launch third season of podcasts with Pa. leaders
Business and community leaders across Pennsylvania are scheduled guests as PNC Bank and WITF launches the third season of PNC C-Speak: The Language of Executives.
Season Three premieres Oct. 12, with new episodes following every Thursday.
According to a press release, the podcast will feature conversations on leadership and life, with each episode listing local C-level executives talking about timely business topics and forward-thinking approaches that disrupt the status quo and encourage leaders to think differently.
“WITF provides opportunities for connection and lifelong learning in our community,” said Ron Hetrick, president and CEO of WITF. “We’re excited to partner with PNC again and look forward to providing this forum for business leaders to share their innovative approaches and inspire others in central Pennsylvania to think differently, too.”
Nell McCormack Abom and Jim Hoehn return to host the conversations. McCormack Abom hosted WITF TV’s “Smart Talk,” public affairs program for 12 years. As the regional president of PNC Bank in central Pennsylvania Hoehn works with nonprofit, corporate and civic leaders in the midstate.
“Each year, we have had a fantastic lineup for PNC C-Speak: The Language of Executives, and this season is no different,” said Hoehn. “Central Pennsylvania is home to many iconic companies and institutions led by amazing individuals, who have succeeded and grown their organizations, strengthening the local economy along the way. It is an honor for PNC to play a small part in lifting up their stories and sharing their insights with the broader community.”
Guests will include S. Dale High, chair emeritus, High Industries, Inc. and High Real Estate Group LLC; Dr. Karen Kim, dean, Penn State College of Medicine; John Lawn, president and CEO and Chairman of the Board, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts; Michael Schwab, co-president, D&H Distributing; Abby Smith, president and CEO, Team Pennsylvania Foundation; and Dr. John J. “SKI” Sygielski, president, HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College and secretary, HACC Foundation.
“Each CEO is a dynamic difference-maker in their respective professions and in our communities,” said McCormack Abom.
