More than $7 million in funding for 13 improvement projects in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties has been approved by the Harrisburg Area Transportation Study (HATS). Funding was approved under HATSâ 2022 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Implementation Grant Program.
