Scott Cooper is a partner at Schmidt Kramer, P.C., a personal injury law firm based in Harrisburg. In his position, Cooper specializes in motor vehicle, truck and motorcycle accidents and insurance cases. Cooper is currently chair of the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board, chair of a Dauphin County Court Arbitration Panel and was recently appointed to the Disciplinary Board of Pennsylvania. He previously held the position of president of the Dauphin County Bar Association and currently serves on its board of directors.
When asked to name his most significant professional accomplishments in the past year, Cooper noted “prevailing on two important auto insurance appellate cases in 2024 was very important. Both cases set precedent and will help not only my clients in the cases, but all people injured and their families to receive insurance coverage they paid for.”
